The house is located in "El Maresme" on the north coast of Barcelona. "El Maresme" stands out for its mild Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, great majority of sunny and bright days, colorful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its Mountains Its unparalleled location between small mountains and the Mediterranean sea, its proximity to the city of Barcelona, makes this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family holiday.
Groups of students and young groups are not allowed.

We access the house by a large entrance presided over by a centenary olive tree, forming a small square that gives way to the main entrance of the house. We access the house by a distributor illuminated by a ceiling window and that leads to a toilet of courtesy and the large living room with fireplace, which surprises us by its views of the large infinity pool, located on the same level and by the vegetation that is seen through the large windows. Next, we find a large and beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances, also with large windows from which you can directly access the pool and garden. Attached to the kitchen there is a laundry room with direct access to the rear of the garden. From the kitchen, there is a passage to the family room which also has access to the pool area. All the windows of these rooms are hidden inside the walls, so in summer the interior and exterior of the house are confused in the same space. This large part is equipped with general air conditioning on the ceiling.

We go back to the kitchen and descend to the lower floor by a staircase with glass and wood sides. On this floor, we find a multipurpose room, where you can enjoy a home cinema, billiards, and bar. This room has a large aquatic window that similar to the aquarium, you can see the interior of the pool. From there you can access the terrace located on the lower level of the plot and where the barbecue is integrated into the stone wall. On this floor, there is a toilet. Throughout this floor, the floor is of high-quality natural parquet.

The upper floor is accessed from the distributor of the main entrance and in it we find 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The walls of all the bathrooms are microcement. Of the rooms, 3 are suites with their own bathroom and two of them share a bathroom. The spectacular main room has a great amplitude with air conditioning and from its large windows with a panoramic view, you can access a cosy and sunny terrace with a jacuzzi from which you can enjoy all year round beautiful views of the sea and absolute tranquillity. On this floor the floor is also natural parquet, offering warmth and comfort to the night area.

We return to the square at the entrance of the house where you can park (within the same plot) at least 6 cars.

ANNEXED
In the square of the entrance, we find the entrance to the annexe adjoining the main unit. We also find a toilet. On the lower floor of this annexe is a large room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, next to the large room we find another room with a bathroom.

The house has home automation in all rooms and terraces. The heating is radiant and has air conditioning in the living room and in the suite room . The pool is fully automated saline water. It has interior and perimeter alarm.

Housekeeping service included in the price.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
(Holidays not included, so if there is a holiday, that day there is no service)
This service is not considered as an additional cleaning service, but it is a woman hired by the owner to help a little with the cleaning tasks.

A paradise comes true where all the details have been taken care of and thought but in a natural and harmonious way. It is located in the Urbanization of Bellaire in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, very green area with large plots, as well as sunny. With the beach and the town centre within walking distance, as well as with direct access to the highway. When the house is located in one of the highest areas of the urbanization, it enjoys beautiful views of the sea and total privacy. The main facade and the pool are oriented to the southeast enjoying natural light all day.

The towns of "El Maresme" are charming little villages, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, marinas, all kinds of leisure activities, equestrian, sports centres, wide sandy beaches. In addition, it offers one of the best gastronomic offers in Spain, with several Michelin star restaurants.

HOUSE'S RULES:
- Upon arrival, all persons in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document.
- It is not allowed to host or invite more people than those registered when making the reservation.
- It is forbidden to perform noisy activities (music, loud talk ...) starting at 9:00 p.m. and before 9:00 p.m. It is very important for us to respect the rest of the neighbours.
- It is forbidden to organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any uncivil behaviour.
- Make proper use of common areas (entrance door)
- Acceptance of the rental contract

IN THE CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE RULES, THEY SHOULD LEAVE THE HOUSE.

TO CONSIDER:
- All members of the reserve underage are the responsibility of their parents/guardian and must always be supervised by an adult.
- They must remove the garbage from the accommodation during their stay to avoid odours and dirt.
- Waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water, and gas, may mean that the deposit is not returned in full.
- It is not allowed to use bath towels for the beach or the pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house if you wish you can smoke outside.
- Groups of students and young groups are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
