Beautiful and comfortable apartment in Voula!

? This bright and colorful apartment feels like you are staying in a tropical resort in the charming coastal town of Voula tucked among evergreens and palm trees! Just spend 30 seconds on the balcony, and we think you might agree! ?

? This first-floor apartment easily accommodates five guests in this well appointed and design unit. Its colorful, clean-lined design is charming and inviting. From here, you can easily explore Voula or head into Athens.

The two bedrooms combine modern and contemporary style to create elegant rooms. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. You can sleep well in either of these two private and comfortable bedrooms which include quality linens. One bedroom has a queen/double bed while the other has two single beds. There also is a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations.

There is one well-designed and clean-lined bathroom. Everything about this apartment is meticulous.

The living room and dining area combine into an ample and stylish space with seating for all guests. This space opens onto a spacious balcony overlooking the lush green gardens, so have a seat here to relax and enjoy your holiday!

The apartment has a spacious (by most European-apartment standards) and easy-to-use kitchen. Like the rest of the apartment, it is a meticulous and clean-lined space and well stocked to facilitate cooking during your stay. The full-sized appliances include stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator as well as ample counter space. There is a kitchen door leading to the balcony. The apartment also has a washing machine. ?

The area

? Voula is a popular southern suburb of Athens which is about 16 km from the city center on the beautiful Saronic Gulf coast at the foot of the Hymettus mountain. The town is popular with both Athenians and tourists.

Most of the apartment blocks were built recently and are low-rise. Charming cafes, restaurants, and shops characterize this town, but its real claim to fame are its beaches. Beach amenities include cabanas, lounges, and umbrellas for a fee. There is also a snack shop on the beach. In high season, Voula Beach is lively and busy.

You can get to the apartment easily from Athens via a tram which helps you avoid the heavy Athenian car traffic. It's also the least expensive way to get there! HINT: If possible, ride the first (front) tram car for the most scenic views. Voula is the last stop on the line if you start at Syntagma Square in central Athens.

The popular port town of Glyfada lies to the northwest and Vouliagmeni is to the south. Both are popular and nice beaches to visit. A large hospital is nearby at the northern edge of Voula. ?
