This beautiful, renovated 3 bedroom apartment (95 sqm) with balcony is located in a historical building (protected by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage) in Prague - Old Town. The building has a unique architecture with extraordinary historical elements, which decorate the building both on its exterior and interior. The apartment is located in the street leading to Charles Bridge and is positioned right between Charles Bridge, National Theatre and Wenceslas Square. All of the most beautiful historical monuments of Prague are thus within your walking distance.

The fully furnished and equipped apartment on the 2nd floor provides comfort to up to 8 persons. It consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen with living area, bathroom, separate toilet, balcony and hallway. The ceiling in the apartment is beautifully renovated showing the original stucco.

The first bedroom has double bed, night tables, double sofa bed, chair, wardrobe, TV, satellite, DVD player. The second bedroom has a double bed, night tables, chest of drawers, working desk with a chair. The third bedroom has double bed, night tables and wardrobe. Living area has a sofa, coffee table, CD player with USB connection and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking-stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom contains bathtub with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine and a dryer. The entrance to the separate toilet is from the hallway.

Right on the ground-floor of the building there is a nice café called Standard Café. Next doors, you can find R.M. Rilke Restaurant. There is an endless choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and bakeries in the neighborhood, in which you may sample both Czech and international cuisine. There are also numerous tourist sites in the area, charming craft shops as well as many self-catering options, including supermarket, pharmacy and others.


The apartment is in the street which leads to Charles Bridge and is right between Charles Bridge, National Theatre and Wenceslas Square. All of the most beautiful historical monuments of Prague are within walking distance.

How to get there

Tram stops "Narodni trida" and "Narodni divadlo" are within 250 meters from the apartment. Metro stops are also close: "Narodni trida" (line B) is 300 meters from the apartment and "Mustek" (line A) is 400 meters from the apartment.

Upon Check-in:

All guests are obliged to submit a photo ID at check-in that matches the guest´s name on the booking and must sign the accommodation agreement.
 We are entitled to require a security deposit of 150 EUR at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges

Upon Check-out:

Late check-out is possible only if agreed to in advance.


All taxes, cleaning fees, bed sheets, linens, towels and all utensils you find are included in the price.

Hotel Policies

Minimum stay:
2 nights (1 night on request). From 19th December to 6th January (Christmas and New Year) the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Between 15:00 - 22:00 hours (additional service costs for later arrivals is 350,-CZK or 15 EUR). The latest possible check-in is at 1am.

Between 07:00 - 11:00 hours

No charge is applied to cancellations more than 14 days before arrival date (local time). Any cancellation made later will be charged the first night as a cancellation fee. In the case of a No-Show, the whole stay will be charged!

The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Child policy: Children between the age of 0 and 10 years can stay for free in the room of the parents. Children under the age of 15 years receive a 5 EUR discount on the extra bed.

The apartment provider is entitled to require a returnable security deposit of 150 EUR at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee a payment of any incidental charges.
